To book a ride, enter your pickup and drop-off locations, select the type of vehicle you prefer, and submit a suitable offer for the ride. You will then receive offers from authorized operators. You can choose to accept any offer, and both you and the operator will receive each other's contact information.

To view and accept offers from operators, navigate to the Orders section and select the booking you are interested in. You will see a list of offers from various operators. You can choose to accept or reject offers from this list.

Once you accept an offer, you will receive the driver's and cab's contact details. You can use this information to get in touch with them directly.

To cancel a booking, go to the Bookings section, select the ride you wish to cancel, and tap on Cancel Booking. Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process.

To apply to become a driver, tap on Partner Mode from the drawer menu. Fill out the required information and submit your application. Our team will review your application and contact you with further instructions.

If you’ve left an item in the cab, you can contact the driver directly or reach out to us. We will make every effort to help you retrieve your lost item.

To add funds to your wallet, go to the Wallet section and select Add Money. Follow the payment instructions, choosing from various methods like credit/debit cards, net banking, or UPI. Please avoid pressing the back button or closing the app while the payment is processing.

If you did not receive a bill from your driver, report the issue to our support team. We will investigate and take necessary action, which could include banning the driver from the platform if required.

To report an issue with a driver or service provider, go to the Help section and select Report an Issue. Provide details about the problem, and our support team will review and address it accordingly.
